OUR POLICIES

Returns Policy

All apparel and merch items sold in our shop are printed on demand and fulfilled by a 3rd party company. Please choose your size and style carefully before making the order as we are unable to accept returns on buyer remorse or mistake.

If the order is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us using the form above within 1 week of receiving your product, along with photographic evidence and we can open a claim with the supplier.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery period sent to you via email, please first check the tracking number provided to you. If you are still having issues locating your products, to correspond with supplier policies, please contact us via the above form within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date and we can raise a claim. If more than 4 weeks pass we unfortunately will not be able to resolve the order issue with the suppliers.

Please be aware we will do our utmost to help you if your order is not delivered or damaged, however, we are tied to our suppliers policies so please contact us as soon as possible in order to resolve any issues with your order! Please allow time for any claims made to be carried out

Shipping

Due to demands on our 3rd party supplier, some items or colour variants may take longer to be delivered than others while stock levels are replenished. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your item to arrive, but usual delivery times are between 10-14 days!
